My name is Tim Stephenson.

I am a certified visualization coach, professional musician, and educator in the Sacramento area. My purpose is to inspire through creativity and passion, and I seek to implement this into all that I do.

As a musician, I graduated in 2009 with a Bachelors of Music in Jazz Studies and in 2011 with a Masters of Music Performance, both from California State University, Sacramento. Since graduating, I have performed professionally all over the US and toured Italy and The Netherlands. I am a freelance musician and play regularly with Solabel and the music team at The Table UMC. I began my life as a coach in 2019, by completing my certification from McLaren Coaching (a Sacramento program following ICF competencies) and have worked with clients consistently to create lasting change in their lives. I create a comfortable, safe environment to connect and hold open possibility for all of my clients.

In 2020, I created my business Inspire to Create to inspire others to transform their lives through coaching and visualization. Through several iterations of the business, I continued to see the power and positive change that visualization gave my clients and knew deep down that it was time to jump fully into providing this service to as many people as possible.

In 2026, I launched Tim’s Viz Biz, a new arm of my business focused on bringing accessibility and inclusivity to the world of visualization. It serves as one of the only visualization databases available and offers low-cost monthly subscriptions in order to serve as many people as possible, giving clients the opportunity to use visualizations to create rapid change in their lives.
